A vegan cream cheeze made from 100% Canadian grown sunflower seeds.  Gluten Free, Soy Free and Nut free all produced locally in Mono, Ontario. Product is versatile and can be used in recipes like mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches.  Made in a nut free facility this makes a great item for school lunches and kids snacks. Use the original in place of cream cheese when baking and cooking.
