Taste Notes & Texture: This black bean salsa has a very low acidity. The black beans making up  50% of the salsa. The onions and tomatoes are just the perfect compliment allowing the black beans to remain the star.

WAYS TO USE:

1) It is great when mixed with eggs to make Huevos Ranchero or omelettes, no chopping required!

2) Use this salsa in a layered dip. Add a layer of shredded cheese & guacamole for a great party appetizer.
